City trip Warsaw.
This summer I went on a trip trough Europe with my niece Laura! We started in Warsaw and really liked it!!
Here are some must go’s and hotspots we visited:
When you think about Warsaw you might think it’s a poor and messy city.. Well at least that’s what we thought, but when we got there we were surprised by the wealth and beauty of the city!
It’s really modern, clean and well arranged!
Must go #1:
The old town
The old town is really nice! You can find a lot of nice coffee shops and souvenir shops there. It’s the most colorful part of Warsaw!
Must go #2:
This building was built by Stalin. The building has a lot of history and is definitely a must go! You can visit the rooftop and enjoy a 360 degrees view over Warsaw. It’s the best to go on a clear day! 🙂
Must go #3:
The POLIN museum.
This was one of the most amazing museums we’ve ever been!! It’s about the history of Jewish people. We liked the WWII part the best because that was the most interesting part.
Must go #4:
The neon museum.
In WW one all shops had neon signs. A lot of those signs have been destroyed but in the museum you can see a lot of awesome neons!!
Parfois-Złote Tarasy, shopping mall.
Złote Tarasy is a really big shopping mall, its in the centre of Warsaw. You can find everything you need here, from an H&M to the bath and body works. You also have a lot of fast food and other restaurants there, like a pizzeria, burgerking and Hard rock cafe.
You can eat great pizza at Ave Pizza, which is just a 5 min walk from the old town.
Warsaw is a great city.
There’s a lot of culture, good food and shopping possibilities. (And its not expencive ;p, our air bnb was only 35 euro’s per night!!)
We are definitly going there agian!!
